Piadina Bros Italian Flatbread Review
On my most recent trip to London, I spent a morning at Old Spitalfields Market. It was lovely, and after looking at so many lunch options, I was drawn to Piadina Bros Italian flatbread for lunch, which was an excellent choice, and I’m here to tell you why.
So, I went for the Vegetarian flatbread, which has sun-dried tomatoes, mushrooms, goat cheese, green pesto, mozzarella cheese, and leaf salad on a Spinach base, drizzled with Balsamic vinegar. It sounds so good, I know, right? I could taste Italy in my mouth from the first bite, and that burst of sun-dried tomatoes, OMG! It was like a party in my mouth. It was so delicious. I think the only thing I would have liked personally was extra goat cheese and a little less mozzarella to balance them out so I can taste more of the goat's cheese, and it's one of my favourite types of cheese.
The presentation for this dish was beautifully put together, and I enjoyed watching it be made. The customer service was fantastic, all smiles around and great at chit-chat. Very interactive with their customers, and from observation, I felt that they worked well as a team, which I feel is super important because happy staff means happy customers, and happy customers are great for business.
I do look forward to returning again for some more Italian goodness, and I will make sure to add extra goat's cheese to my order.
