Health and Fitness is more than just drinking water and eating fruit and veg it's a physical and mental thing that many achieve and many struggle with. I have had many experiences physical and mentally and want to share my experiences and talk about mental and physical health with you all.


Mental health if something you can’t really escape but its something you can learn to control and continue to live with, and yes there is lows but there is also highs. Mental health is a real struggle for many and being able to talk about is a great way to let others know they are not alone and help encourage, educate and support others. No matter size, colour, conditions, You are still beautiful.
