My aunt and uncle got married at the end of May, and for the dinner portion of the evening, I got to indulge in a 3-course meal at TheGeorgeVaults and it was amazing!

Starter: Tomato & Roasted Pepper Soup

⭐⭐⭐⭐

The soup was a burst of flavour with every spoonful and was served with a small bread roll and some butter. Even though it was very delicious, I would personally have preferred some texture, such as some chunky vegetables. Another tiny improvement would be an extra bread roll, as they were quite small, Nether the less its was a tasty fist starter.

Main: Vegetable Masala & Naan Bread

⭐⭐⭐⭐

WOW! This was by far the best masala I have ever eaten. Its surprisingly sweet twist of flavours complemented the dish very well. The only improvement I would make is to offer a smaller portion, as the dish overall was quite large, and I was unable to finish it which seemed like a waste. And let me tell you, its a big deal when I say a dish is too big, haha!

Dessert: Chocolate Brownie with Vanilla Ice Cream & Strawberries

⭐⭐⭐⭐

I mean, what can I say it’s chocolate! How could I not love it? The brownie was deliciously chocolatey, gooey, and had that perfect little chewiness texture that I like and It went down a treat with the soft, creamy vanilla ice cream. The only negative for me is that, as a personal preference, I don’t like strawberries, but that’s okay because my boyfriend quickly stole them off my plate, hehe!

Overall, the food experience was fantastic, Hats off to the chiefs! I wish I could try more of their delicious veggie dishes and sweet treats.
