Neal’s Yard - A Corner Of Colour
Do you know Neal? Wanna checkout his yard? Ok when I say it like this, it sounds weird but trust me. Neal’s gotta cool yard. Well its not technically a yard, its actually a lovely little area in London filled with lots of cute little places to explore.
I consider myself to be a creative person, to see all the inspiration and colour in the world and I really don’t know what it is but I can’t help but smile when I see bright colourful buildings. They create this warmth inside of me that I just can’t explain. I know I’m an odd ball, but I always have been and always will be. Neals yard is in a little ally tucked away near the seven dials street. It opens up in to a little micro-village that contains colourful buildings and lots of independent restaurants, cafes, bars and little shops including a quirky hairdressers and Neils Yard Remedies. It is such a delightful fun little court yard to explore and a perfect spot for some Instagramable photos.
Yes, yes, I know what ya are thinking, another article where she talks about CHEESE! Well, I’m a cheeseaholic, I can’t help it. Now this was such a cool cheese shop and I wanna be one of them girls that you see in movies wearing a scarf, riding a bicycle with a basket on the front stoping to get fresh bread from the bakery, and fresh fruit and veg from the market, grabbing some beautiful roses or daffodils to brighten up my home and of course stopping at the cheese shop and a bookstore too. You know that kinda girl, and any chance I get to live out that little cheese buying, bicycle riding, flower picking, book collecting girl, I will take it. Neal’s Yard Dairy cheese shop; I got to try some free samples, which were very nice and honestly it just make me more excited for the day that I actually have enough money that I can just go buy some whole wheels of cheese. I know my dreams are weird and a little wacky, but hey, the heart wants what the heart wants.
Introducing Wheel-cake island and just to be clear, this is not an island that look like the shape of a wheel and tastes like cake. So don’t get too excited but remain excited enough because this had been showing up loads on my TikTok and I finally came across one not far from the painted buildings and its official, I love rose and white chocolate! This tasty and unique little cake is one of the best things I have ever consumed, with its sweet filling covered by a soft fluffy cloud ‘oh it was so good’. I really could have gone back and got more. I was so shocked by the price too, only £3. I’ll have 3 more please haha. This is an easy rating for me and I 100% recommend you try a wheel cake and even if you had try another, I know I will be. I can’t wait to try the rest of the other flavours! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I explored a sweet little courtyard filled with lots of colours, tasted a variety of cheeses and basically ate a cloud also known as the rose amid white chocolate wheel-cake.
